01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", or "you") and 789f ("Company", "us", or "Platform"). This Agreement governs your use of the 789f.si website, mobile app, and all related services provided by us.

02 Membership Eligibility

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

789f accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. Supported payment methods include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and local bank transfers.

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per transaction
• All deposits are credited to your account instantly upon bank confirmation
• 789f charges no fees for deposits
• 789f is not responsible for any delays caused by the bank or payment provider

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account that has been registered and verified in your name
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes to 24 working hours depending on your VIP tier
• Members must have completed the KYC process before the first withdrawal can be approved
• Any attempt to bypass identity verification may result in your withdrawal request being placed on hold

05 Bonuses & Promotions

789f offers various bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated in each promotion. General terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus can only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated
• Wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal from bonus funds is permitted.
• Bonuses issued have a stated validity period — expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited
• 789f reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse or fraud
• Stacking multiple bonuses to gain unreasonable advantage is prohibited

VIP cashback is calculated based on net losses over a one-week period and credited every Monday. Unlike the welcome bonus, VIP cashback carries no wagering requirements and can be withdrawn directly.

06 Game Rules

All games on 789f use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology that has been independently verified by international certification bodies. Every game result is entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party, including 789f itself.

In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, 789f will take the following action:

• If a game cannot be completed due to a technical disruption on 789f's end, the bet will be fully refunded to the player

• Any dispute regarding game outcomes must be reported within 72 hours of the date of the incident

07 Prohibited Activities

• Spreading false or misleading information about 789f
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances including real money and bonuses, and possible legal action where applicable.

08 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. 789f will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel.

• Use a strong and unique password for your 789f account
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection
• Do not log in using unsecured public Wi-Fi networks
• Always log out of your account after using a shared device
• Report any suspicious activity to the 789f support team immediately

789f is not liable for any losses arising from a player's own negligence in safeguarding their account credentials. However, if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact our support team immediately to arrange a temporary account suspension.

09 Account Closure & Suspension

By Member: You may close your account at any time by contacting the 789f support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances (real money not yet used for bonus wagering) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements.

By 789f: 789f reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:

• The account has violated any terms in this document
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering has occurred
